If you like delicious meat, here is a new way in which you can cook it and that will make want to eat meat every single day: Smoked meat! Smoked meat it is simply delicious, there is no other way to describe it! Here there are two recipes for smoking meats in an electric smoker you might want to try!

T Bone Smoked Steak with Egg and Salad

Prep-time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 3 hours Total Time: 3 hours 10 minutes Serves: 2
Ingredients
• 2 T Bone steaks
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 4 eggs
• Paprika
• Salt to taste
• ½ lettuce head
• 2 large tomatoes
• 1 small zucchini
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Cooking Instructions
1. Preheat electric smoker to 225°F.
2. Season the steaks with sea salt.
3. Heat a pan with olive oil and fry the eggs, one by one.
4. Grease a baking pan with olive oil and place the steaks onto the pan.
5. Put the pan with the steaks into the smoker for 3 hours.
6. Chop the lettuce.
7. Slice the tomatoes.
8. Shred the zucchini.
9. In a bowl, mix the lettuce, tomatoes and zucchini.
10. Mix olive oil and apple cider vinegar and sprinkle it over the salad.
11. Serve each steak with 2 eggs and salad.
12. Enjoy!

Smoked Sirloin with Carrot Salad

Prep-time: 10 minutes Cooking time: 3 hours Total Time: 3 hours 10 minutes Serves: 2
Ingredients
• 8 ounces of sirloin steaks
• 2 carrots
• 1 medium onion
• 1 cup of Brussels sprouts
• 1 cup of cooked rice
• 2 garlic cloves
• 2 celery sticks
• 3-4 basil leaves
• 1 tbsp of fresh parsley
• 1 tbsp of olive oil
• ½ cup of water
• Sea salt and pepper to taste

Cooking instructions
1. Preheat smoker to 225°F.
2. Grease a baking pan with olive oil.
3. Add the sirloin fillets and water into the baking pan.
4. Place the sirloin into the smoker for 3 hours.
5. Cut carrots into julienne.
6. Cut the onion and the Brussel sprouts into thin strips.
7. Thinly chop the garlic, celery, basil and parsley.
8. Add the veggies and spices to the sirloin and season with salt and pepper to taste.
9. Bake for 15 minutes at medium-heat.
10. Serve the sirloin with quinoa, veggies and top with basil leaves.
11. Enjoy!

Personally, I love the taste of meat by itself! However, you might want to make them more special. Something that I recommend when it comes to meat is to add some pineapple slices over the meat. That will not only add flavor to the meat, but it will also make it softer.
